This drawing shows the wiring of the AC distribution module. The module basically provides convenient connectorization for the power supplies and an AC outlet for a wallwart. the AC enters the controller via 2 standard line cords that plug into EMI filtered recepticles. Each line is fused at 3 amps by a slo/blo fuse to accomodate the inrush current and running current for the 24V and 5V power supplies. On the drawing, the top circuit is wired to the top Galil 24V power supply and the logic (5V) power supply. The lower circuit powers only the lower power supply at this point. However, the lower circuit is also wired to a spare 4-pin connector and a double duplex outlet located on the AC module. The double duplex outlet was provided for a small 4-port network switch which was later dropped in favor of two direct connections for the Galils.CAUTION - Don't use the double duplex outlets for 'scopes, drill motors, etc. These are fused with the controller power supplys current in mind.
