APF Electronics Omega temperature controller configuration

The temperature controller for the iodine cell is an Omega CNi833-EI. This model has pid control loop, 2 spdt relay contacts, and a network interface. This document is provided to aid in quickly configuring a replaced or new controller. At the begining of the APF project two units were purchased and configured the same so hopefully this document won't ever be needed!
The controller has been mounted into a panel that adds a power switch and both an AC input fuse and an AC output fuse. Under normal circumstances, the power should always be left on to keep the iodine vaporized.
